According to the requirements of the use occasion, the choice of different manufacturing process of precision universal joint, can save the cost.

1) there is a rolling cost connection structure, and the axle sleeve is not heat treated. It is suitable for low rotating speed occasions, with the rotating speed ≤500rpm;

2) the rivet is riveted and connected with a cross pin and a short pin rivet. The shaft sleeve is subjected to quenching heat treatment and the speed is ≤1000rpm;

3) there is a connection mode of needle roller bearing. After tempering and heat treatment, the shaft sleeve can be injected with oil to extend its service life, with the speed ≤4000rpm;

4) the cross shaft and the long and short pins are made of high-strength alloy steel after heat treatment;

5) the maximum swing Angle of the universal joint can reach 45°. It is usually recommended to use it within 30° to extend the service life;

6) the surface can be blackened, galvanized, nickel-plated, chrome-plated, or without any surface treatment;

7) YONOPO products can be manufactured according to the requirements of samples or customer drawings.
